It has come to our attention that certain slanderous and libelous statements have been made against or client Railartist Inc. and R.S. Gilbert. This is to inform you that your are to cease and desist from any accusations, slander, false statements, and/or a questioning of the aforementioned persons, and or entities, character and truthfulness at once. Allegations must be brought to light and proven in a court of law before they become fact. Until then, they are just allegations and nothing more. If a person is said to have committed a certain act this must be proven in a factual, investigative process, before any public statements indicting the character, or moral turpitude of that person can be made. And even then this could present a slippery slope, depending on circumstances.
